Public Consultation for PBSA at Russell Road, Edinburgh

Russell Rd Edinburgh Ltd are progressing plans for the “Demolition of existing buildings and development of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) with landscaping, infrastructure, access, and associated works ”at 36 Russell Road, Edinburgh, EH11 2LP.

A Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) has been submitted to the City of Edinburgh Council in respect of the proposal. We are now keen to hear the views of the local community and will be updating this page with further information in due course.

CONSULTATION EVENTS

We will be hosting two public consultation events. The first, which took place on 6th May 2025.

When: St Martin’s Church, 232 Dalry Road, Edinburgh, EH11 2JG.

The proposal boards for the second consultation event will be available to view at the venue from 3:30pm from Wednesday 4th June or can be downloaded HERE.
